How Flat Fee Works: Upon successful closing, (assuming seller pays for the buyer agent commission) we will charge $6999 and rebate the rest of the agent commission back to the buyer. The higher the property price, the MORE YOUR SAVE!!!

$6,999 flat fee = $23,001 savings back to the buyer (assuming a 3% seller-paid commission).
⚠️ Following the NAR settlement, the buyer’s commission is no longer guaranteed to be paid by the seller's agent. If the seller agrees to contribute a buyer’s agent commission exceeding $6,999, the buyer will receive the remaining balance as a rebate. If the seller contributes less, the buyer will be responsible for covering the difference.
